Return Policy
All unused, unopened products may be returned with a receipt for store credit or for any other products. Used makeup and skincare products can not be returned. Any Clarisonic Brush, used or unused, may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Pre-purchased services or packages are not refundable, but can exchanged for other services.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your business. So that we can best serve our clients, please be advised of our cancellation policy. If you’re are unable to keep a scheduled appointment please give 24 hour advance notice, to ensure you will not be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee for aesthetician services and $100 for injectable services. *After 3 missed aesthetician appointments you will be charged $100 for each no show or cancellation less than 24 hours.
